Refunds and Returns Policy

At Hamilton Manufacturing Inc., we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. Please review our Refunds and Returns Policy before placing your order:

Returns Eligibility

• All sales are final unless prior authorization is granted by Hamilton Manufacturing Inc.

• Returns are only accepted for full, unopened pallets. This means:

  • The original material and shrink wrap must remain fully intact and unopened.

  • Partial returns, opened pallets, or tampered materials will not be accepted.

Return Process

• Customers must request return authorization within 14 days of delivery.

• If the return is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for all return freight/shipping costs.

  • A restocking fee (typically 20%, unless otherwise agreed) will be applied.

  • All returns must be shipped to the designated Hamilton Manufacturing Inc. facility, as provided in the return authorization.

Refunds

• Once the returned pallet(s) are received and inspected to confirm they meet the return conditions, a refund (minus restocking and freight fees) will be issued.

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of receipt and inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

• We will review the situation and, if warranted, arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
